About Us

Autumn Hill Academy is a non-profit public school governed by a volunteer board of local parents, educators, and wellness experts. We are chartered through the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee (UWM) and supported by its Office of Charter Schools. As an independent school, Autumn Hill is able to enroll any Wisconsin student without regard to school district boundaries. If the number of applicants exceeds school capacity, a random lottery is held to determine enrollment offers, with priority being given to siblings of currently enrolled students.

Autumn Hill Academy obtains funding through the State of Wisconsin and, as a 501(c)(3) organization, also receives charitable donations and grants. No tuition is charged at our school. In exchange for accepting public funds, Autumn Hill Academy is expected to achieve both academic and non-academic performance goals set forth in a formal charter contract.
