Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Autumn Hill Academy is responsible for establishing and maintaining the school's mission, vision and strategic goals, as well as ensuring legal and fiscal oversight. Members are selected from diverse backgrounds to ensure a broad spectrum of perspectives and contributions. Board members are elected to 2-year terms which are staggered to maintain continuity.
Board meetings are generally held monthly or as deemed necessary by the Board Chair. Members of the public may attend. Board meetings are not community meetings open for public participation.
